My best friend is Mary. She is fifteen. How did we become best friends?

Last year, our math teacher left us with three exercises. They were too difficult for me to work out on time. I was so sad. Then Mary helped me. She was really good at math. From then on, we became friends and often did schoolwork together.

We actually have something in common. For example, we have the same favorite singers and songs. We both dream to travel around the world one day. Neither of us like sports.

However, we are very different in some ways. Mary is a little taller than me, and she is really talented in dancing. In fact, she is the best dancer in school. She once tried to teach me to dance. But I couldn't do well. However, I'm better at painting. I draw many pictures of her dancing. She is very beautiful. She likes my paintings

I don't think good friends must be the same. I think, good friends are always ready to help each other.
