1、#=very expensive

别老说very expensive!

costly/pricey: 昂贵的

I wanna buy that Cucci handbag, but it's a bit pricey.

exclusive:[ɪk'sklusɪv]

exclusive也可以用来描述商品非常贵, 贵到available only to people who have a lot of money。

Don't enter in. It's an exclusive shop.

I don't have much money to afford this pair of extravagant shoes.

cost someone an arm and leg:

-He bought his girlfriend a necklace, but it really costed him an arm and a leg.

to break the bank = to cost all the money you have in the bank; more commonly used in the negative form to not break the bank when you want to say that something is expensive, but not that expensive.

-Getting a new bag won't break the bank.

pay through the nose:

它可以用来指商品的价格unfair, unreasonable, 以至于让消费者pay through the nose

Why did you pay through the nose for a second-hand car?

cost a small fortune:

It costs me a small fortune to get this house.

别老说very expensive!

first-rate: 一流的

good quality: 好质量

good customer service: 好的服务
