As we all know, healthy diet has been people’s concern. This book mainly tells us what healthy diet is. Healthy diet is actually eating various kinds of food that do good to our body. We choose to eat in a healthy way because it plays an important part in developing good living habits. What’s more, eating in a healthy way also means living a happy life. In this book, it is strongly recommended that we should have more fruit and vegetables and food cooked with less salt and sugar. As far as I am concerned, it would be a good idea if we don’t eat junk food too often. Besides，I advise people to do sports regularly so that it benefits our health too.
All of us want to be healthy.It is very important to everybody.But do you really know how to stay healthy? Here are some useful tips. First, we should do exercise if we have time.For example, we can go to swim in the summer holiday. Or we can take a walk after supper.Doing exercise makes us healthy and strong. Second, we should take more vegetables and fruit and less snacks. Stop eating junk food and drinking beers. We have a balanced(均衡的)diet.Last but not least, we should go to bed early and wake up early. We should have enough sleep, or we will get sleepy in the day time. If we pay more attention to the tips above, we will have healthier body. I wish everybody has a strong and healthy body。

I used to pay little attention to my health. I ate lots of junk food and seldom took exercise. As a result, I was in poor health and got tired easily. So I decided to change my lifestyle. After giving up junk food and playing more sports, I become healthier and healthier.

It is very important for us to keep healthy. But do you know the ways to keep us healthy?
First, we need to have healthy eating habits, we can eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit, but we’d better eat less meat and junk food. Different kinds of foods are necessary, it’s also important to eat a balanced diet and have a good breakfast.
Then, playing sports every day can also help us keep fit. We can take a walk after dinner, we can walk to school instead of taking a bus, after school we can spend hours playing basketball or soccer with our friends. We should try to do more exercise every day.
Happiness is another way to keep healthy. When we are lonely or unhappy, try to make friends, it is a good way to keep us happy. If you smile often, you also feel happy. Don’t forget to help others. So, be happy to be healthy.

Hello, I am Zhang Li. In the past, I used to feel unhealthy because of my bad habits. I also felt worried because of so many exams. Sometimes I stayed up so late that I was sleepy in class. And I didn't have much free time to take much exercise, as a result, I was very heavy.
To solve these problems, during the coming summer holiday, I will get into the habit of getting up early. Sleeping early is also necessary. I will exercise more and have a balanced diet. It's good to eat more vegetables and fruit instead of too much junk food. What's more, whatever happens, I will try to keep happy. If I keep doing these, I will certainly keep healthy every day.

I have a friend. He is Jim. He is a member of Health Club. He has a healthy life.
For breakfast, he always has an egg. He also eats some baozi and drinks a glass of milk. For lunch, he has rice, vegetables and beef. For dinner, he has fish, noodles and fruit.
He gets up early every day. He often exercises in the morning. He also goes swimming twice a week. He seldom plays computer games because it is bad for his eyes.

There are three people in my family. We have different eating habits.
My parents have healthy eating habits. My father likes eating vegetables because they are healthy. My mother wants to lose weight to keep fit, so she eats a lot of chicken and fruit. They never eat junk food, because it’s bad for health. My eating habit is not healthy because I don’t like to eat vegetables. I always eat a lot of meat. Sometimes I eat junk food. So I need to change my eating habits.
I want to share some ideas about how to eat in a healthy way. First, don’t eat fried food or food with lots of sugar, because they are bad for our health. Second, try to eat lots of fruit and vegetables because they can make us become healthy.
I hope everyone can live in a healthy way and develop some good eating habits.
